- 01Not at all. Your privacy is always respected. You decide what to share, if anything. Disclaimer: All information is for educational purposes only. Outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- 02Yes. A valid passport is required to enter Costa Rica. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your entry date, and you may be asked to show proof of an onward or return ticket. U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days
- 03• Concierge Fee ($299, one-time): pre-trip guidance, Q&A;, appointment scheduling, doctor communication, and a personalized digital itinerary. • Hosted Trip Fee ($499): covers concierge services plus hosted airport transfers, escorted doctor visits, and in-person support in Costa Rica. Please note: accommodations, meals, and activities are not included. These trips are not meant to be all-inclusive packages — they are escorted journeys designed to provide peace of mind.
- 04You pay the doctor directly for treatment. U.S. dollars are accepted, and the clinic takes Visa, Mastercard, and Discover
- 05All treatments are coordinated in Costa Rica. You’ll fly into Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José. From there, the physician’s office is located in a coastal town about an hour and a half away, reached by a scenic drive.
- 06We suggest planning no less than four nights in Costa Rica to complete core therapies—stem cells, IV vitamin therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen (HBOT). This shorter option is best suited for clients in relatively good health. For a fuller experience, we recommend 5–7 days to allow time for treatments and meaningful rest. Hosted Trips are structured as 6 days, giving you time to participate in treatments while also relaxing and recharging.
- 07Most clients tolerate treatment well. Some may experience mild, temporary effects such as fatigue, headaches, or flu-like symptoms—similar to how the body sometimes responds after a vaccine. Rare complications can include swelling or infection at the injection site. The physician will review all risks with you before treatment.
- 08Safety is our top priority. We only work with a lab that follows strict donor screening and testing protocols. The delivery of stem cells into the body is straightforward, and we have personally witnessed successful outcomes among family, friends, and clients.
- 09Clients have sought treatment for: • Joint pain and injuries (knees, shoulders, hips) • Autoimmune conditions like MS • Pulmonary issues, including pulmonary fibrosis • General age-related conditions Note: Stem cells are not a “cure” but may support repair, relief, and improved quality of life.
- 10In the U.S., stem cell use is very restricted. Most therapies are not available, except in tightly controlled clinical trials. That’s why many people travel abroad to receive treatments that are safe, vetted, and offered more openly in places like Costa Rica.
